Chairman: Stephen G. Terrell has been in the steel industry since 1978. He has been involved in all aspects including international steel mill sales, purchasing, estimating, project management, fabrication, and erection. Stephen has established strong core values and has instilled it into his team, resulting in an unmatched customer service and quality of product.

CEO: Dave Terrell has been with Saguaro Steel since 1986 and is the son of Stephen. Dave oversees all operations from estimating to erection. He has been involved in every aspect of structural steel fabrication and erection. Dave takes great pride in customer service and provides unique insight to design assist projects using the knowledge he has gained with hands on experience. He is a certified City of LA Deputy Inspector and AISC Quality Control Manager.

Chief Financial Officer: Joyce Hempelman has been with the company from its inception in 1986. She has a BS in Business and Accounting and has worked as a CPA since 1997, here and with other affiliated companies. Her focus is on the financial stability of the company and the day-to-day auditing of all accounting operations.

Sr. Project Manager: Thomas Hobson has been in the steel industry since 1984. He has been with Saguaro Steel since its inception in 1986. He has been involved in purchasing, estimating, project management, fabrication, and erection. 

Office Manager: Linda Thomas has been in the steel industry and has worked for Saguaro Steel since 1995. She manages inner office operations including accounting and payroll. 

Purchasing/Document Control: Shauna Hanawalt has been in the steel industry for since 1990. She has been with Saguaro Steel since 2016. She has extensive experience in purchasing of materials and document control, meeting all requirements involving the AISC Certification. 

Chief Estimator: Rob Harding has been in the steel industry for just over 30 years. He has extensive shop and field experience as a certified welder and inspector as well as over 10+ years experience in project management and estimating. Rob started working for Saguaro Steel in 2020.

Project Manager/ Detailing Manager: Dave Corral has been in the steel industry since 1994. He has been with Saguaro Steel since 2007. Dave has been involved in purchasing, estimating, project management, fabrication, and erection. He has extensive experience as a steel detailer using AutoCAD. 

Estimator: Russ Zook had been in the steel industry for since 1991. He has been with Saguaro Steel since 2016. He has extensive experience in project management and estimating. 

Project Manager: Luis Ramirez has been in the steel industry since 2008. He has been with Saguaro Steel since 2017. He has extensive experience as a shop foreman, purchasing manager, safety manager for 3 years and detailing in AutoCAD for 6 years. 

Quality Control: Robert Ochoa, Jr. has been in the steel industry since 1988 and has performed in the Quality Control Position since 1999. Robert is a City of LA Inspector and trained in AISC 360-10 Chapter N. He has extensive knowledge in AWS D1.1 welding guidelines.

Safety Director/HR: Christopher Streeter has been in the steel industry since 2017. He has been with Saguaro Steel since 2020. Christopher’s involvement includes but is not limited to safety, human resources, accounts payable, receiving, and CNC operations.
